Taboli, which is also preachy or spicy, is a popular Middle Eastern salad that includes bulgur, tomato, spring onion, mint, and parsley. Generally, olive oil and lemon juice are added as spices. Prevalence is extremely popular in many Middle Eastern countries but is also gaining popularity in Western cuisine as a healthy, vegetarian diet that provides fiber, minerals, and complex carbohydrates, despite the low-fat content.
Most ingredients in the medicine are practically fat-free. Bulgur wheat used as the basis of the dish contains no cholesterol and contains less than 0.1% fat. Herbs, tomatoes, and onions included in Bulgaria are almost fat-free. The olive oil used as a dressing adds a small amount of fat to the dish, but the fat in the olive oil is unsatisfactory. Saturated fat is believed to be the most effective for your overall health.
