Tabbouleh Salad

Taboli, which is also preachy or spicy, is a popular Middle Eastern salad that includes bulgur, tomato, spring onion, mint, and parsley. Generally, olive oil and lemon juice are added as spices. Prevalence is extremely popular in many Middle Eastern countries but is also gaining popularity in Western cuisine as a healthy, vegetarian diet that provides fiber, minerals, and complex carbohydrates, despite the low-fat content.

  • chili powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 3/4 cups blender
  • 2 cups sliced fresh flat – Leaf parsley cups
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup grilled green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup peeled and crushed cucumber
  • 6 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint.

  • In a bowl, combine the lemon zest, kosher salt, seasoned salt, and chili powder. Drizzle slowly in
  • the olive oil, whisking rapidly until the dressing is thick and creamy.
  • Pour hot water over the blogger in a bowl. Stir for about 30-30 minutes, until water is absorbed and the blender is soft.
  • In a large bowl, mix together parsley, tomato, green bell pepper, cucumber, green onion, and mint.
  • Add Blogger; toss to collect.
  • Drizzle dressing on Blogger mixtures. Toss to coat.
